A live linked KPIs reporting tool for Young’s Seafood

Working with our longstanding client, EHS Projects utilised the existing SharePoint access to develop a live-linked KPIs report for Young’s Seafood.

What we did

A new incident reporting SharePoint list became the basis for data collection. EHS Managers across Young’s Seafoods’ sites access this list in order to report and track accident status, categorised as Minor, Lost Time Accident, RIDDOR etc.

Each month, site-specific safety information is recorded including working hours, Hi-Po incidents, management meetings, improvement notices.

What’s different now

Senior management are able to view the Incident data live at any time, either via the SharePoint list directly or through a series of Excel-embedded graphs and tables.

EHS Projects supported the roll-out and embedding of the system, with a view to enabling client self-sufficiency in month-to-month reporting.

The system offers transparency and consistency in data across multiple UK sites.
